Analytics.
I do have analytics so I know when someone visits the site. I don’t do a lot of tracking but the big tech companies do. They are probably tracking your use of my site. Especially if you came from one of their affiliates or properties.

Who we share your data with.
I may share data with my employer, If I am working with a broker or a colleague, if I am partnering with an agent or other real estate professional, who may share data with others. I also share data with other businesses and professionals I have relationships with. There is data sharing done by big tech companies that I do not control. If you are worried about being tracked, I suggest using a VPN and browsing in your browsers privacy mode.

How long we retain your data.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

I retained information from the contact form submissions indefinitely

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. I may also use a CRM to collect data. I tend to store a lot of data in my brain, until that goes, it will probably be retained until death does it part.

What rights you have over your data.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Phone calls are sent to my answering platform or phone. If you leave a message on the answering service that information is saved. When you fill out the contact form that information is sent to my email. Information is also saved with a newsletter service when you request receiving one of our newsletters.

I may use a CRM, then information will be sent and stored there. The CEM may collect data from but not exclusive to website visits and interaction with the site.
